Project Description: |
A new regional 375 bed, 970,000 ft2 hospital is being completed as a P3 / DBFM on a 12.0 ha site.
The Civil component of this project included the design of a stormwater management pond, bioswales within the parking lot areas, site grading and site servicing design. Also included in the Civil works was the design of a helipad and the LEED requirements related to the Civil works.
